City Cave South Village

The lady over the phone was rude and definitely not trying to have me as a customer. When I shared this with my friends, two of them said that this chain is famous for terrible staff. Really?? Sorry to hear that, guys, and I won’t be back.

Great first experience staff make you feel very welcome and are very friendly. Highly recommend going as this was one of the best experience I’ve had at a City Cave.

The float was great and the massage was even better.Only feedback for improvement would be to allow the sauna temperature to go higher, as i couldn't feel much with the default setting.When trying to increase the temperature it kept decreasing back down automatically, not sure if that was the staff controlling it on their end.

Great place and staff are lovely. Beautiful sitting area with tea and water. First time trying infrared sauna and loved it. I've already booked in my next session and also want to try the float. Just what I needed thank you so much.

I've been here couple of times recommended by my best friend. I was running a bit late and rushed through the door but the second I walked in all my stress disappeared. All the staff were welcoming and friendly especially Moe. I give 10/10 for value for money and customer service. I want to try their tea next time.

First time visiting, beautiful relaxing feeling from when you walk in. Staff were friendly and talked me through every step. As a newbie this made me feel at ease. Treatments were amazing (infra-red sauna & float), very private and relaxing. I felt so refreshed and chilled can't wait to book my next one.

Had an incredible massage from Tan who is very talented. Perfect mix of pressure and remediation while being relaxing and stress relieving. You can tell she is genuinely invested in healing. I've never thought to try Float therapy but my experience at City Cave has me really excited to try it. Really relaxing and lovely place.

Really enjoyed our time here. The staff are exceptional, the float is so relaxing and our massage was excellent. So warm and welcoming. We're feeling recharged. Highly recommended

I have now been here twice and I've had such a fantastic experience on both visits.Mo's recently, I visited for a 45 minute massage. I needed some help managing some pain around my shoulder blade and wanted to chill out. I booked a Relaxation Massage with Christina and it was so perfect. I wanted a balance between relaxation and working that chunky knot in my back. Christina struck the perfect balance. She was knowledgeable, and targeted relief for exactly where I was in pain. Cannot recommend City Cave enough.They offer a beautiful waiting room before your massage where you can sip on some delicious teas. On the first visit, there are forms you can complete which will ask you where you want don't want to be touched.

Wow!I couldn’t believe my eyes upon entering, every bit of detail is stunning!The service of the staff was extremely professional and the masseuse was so well trained. I left feeling like a whole new woman!Thank you for an amazing experience as I haven’t felt this at peace in a long time.Definitely returning and recommending to all
