We engaged TLC pools prior to getting our house built. The TLC team were fabulous to deal with from start to finish. Scott designed a beautiful pool that met all our needs and took advantage of the space available. Dani dealt with a difficult council situation and got our pool approved when we had doubts we would be able to. The TLC workers were friendly, professional and respectful. The quality of the work, especially the pool tiling was excellent. Any issues during the built were swiftly dealt with and the follow up support has ensured our pool has been thoroughly enjoyed by our family.

TLC built our pool and deck and did an amazing job. We absolutely love the space they have created which is now an all year round entertainer. The experience and wisdom of the team is such an asset when you're planning a major investment. They were so helpful and patient with design and material selection, they were great at troubleshooting throughout the build and nothing was too hard. The finished product is absolute top shelf and the attention to detail was impressive. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.

I’m not prone to leaving a Google review, but I really feel compelled to give a massive shout-out to the awesome team at TLC. If you are looking to deal with honest, reliable and highly skilled people, stop reading this review and give Scott or Sean a call now. We completed an extensive pool and landscape project and I’m still blown away by the result. TLC took all of the stress out of the process. No site challenge was too great and they introduced us to so many clever and wonderful ideas, which helped shape the finished product. Their service ethic was incredible throughout the entire project and since completion. Over the course of 3 - 4 months, I got to know their amazing team of key trades, and one really gets a sense that these guys have an attention to detail, actually care about what they do and are highly skilled. No cutting corners here, things are done right the first time, to last a long time. The follow-up support since completion has been amazing . TLC Pools was our preferred choice of pool builder - from initial contact, creative design options, quoting, construction and handover, the whole process was seamless, professional and stress free for us! We were building a new home at the time and our site was sloping with a terraced garden area. Scott designed a visually looking in ground pool which was actually built above ground! This provided a level landscape from our entertainment areas to the garden and pool. The pool looks incredible and our summers are so relaxing and no steps to get down to the pool! We also highly recommend TLC pools because they worked so well with our builder and fitted in with our house build requirements too. It's hard with so many tradies on site but we had no issues at all with TLC Pools. Would highly recommend. Don't bother going anywhere else!

However, our experience with this talented, very human and ethical team was smooth and enjoyable.At the front end of the project Scott developed a concept that made the most of our site and views that exceeded our expectations and fitted our budget. This design was then tightly documented and priced. This professionalism and experience set the project on a smooth disciplined path from start to end.Sean led a collection of super trades people to build the Pool and Spa. I have never met a more multi-talented and unflappable builder. It was a fun process and nothing was too hard for Sean to ensure we got a quality outcome that met the original vision. We engaged TLC pools to build a pool in our backyard for our new home build in Strathmore. We found both Scott and Sean very engaging and very accomodating throughout the entire process. Their after completion care and commitment was also first class and the build went through without any issues. They were very accomodating to work in parallel with our landscaper with completion of the surrounding pool paving. We are thrilled with our finished product and would highly recommend TLC Pools to anyone on the market for a high end pool design and construction.

After many years of deliberating as to whether to put in a pool or not, we finally decided to go with a pool. This decision was one of the best things we did, they were professional from the moment we met with Scott, to working with Sean and the team.
