Of all the pharmacies, past and present, in Mayfield, I keep coming back to Blooms. Second to none! Genuinely friendly, helpful and informative staff of all levels. Staff who know their clients by name, practice discretion, and never 'eye roll' at any questions or concerns you may have. You don't get that from the big commercial chemists and yet Blooms maintain competitive pricing on both scripts and over the counter goods. Hands down the best!

We’ve never lived anywhere long enough to have a regular chemist. So glad we found Blooms. They go above and beyond. During COVID last year I needed an urgent script filled. And they did a surprise home delivery for me! There is no substitute for exceptional service!

Poor customer service. Very rude and verging on hostile. The staff member who 'greeted' me barked at me What do u want?" then "Whats ya name"? (The woman with a long black ponytail)

The staff are very friendly and helpful and brooke is especially helpful and friendly,I have since found that Charmaine is especially nice and friendly,I find that my 3 favourite staff members would have to be Brooke,Georgia and Charmaine,I also like to say that I like the Pharmacist's Matt,Mitch and Nick are especially nice and friendly,Regards Don Jones.
