First contacted then in may and after many follow up phone calls not once have they made contact to discuss my situation...poor attitude towards people and totally unprofessional...formal complaints have been lodge

Went here around 2 years ago. There was a male mediator that clearly should not be in his job. His service and attitude was absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place. There are too many other good mediation places available.

I would like to commend Ellam for her wonderful service provided to my family counselling. She was very professional, fair and comfortable with her advice. She took the time to listen and understand our family dynamic and really put in the effort to provide possible solutions to the challenges and obstacles we are facing. We are currently and will be continuing our support for her services hopeful to reunite our family breakdown.

My current therapist does not help me but empowers me with the psychoeducation and tools to enhance my circumstances and journey.Active listening and safety is a must within sessions and my therapist had always provided that space without jeopardizing my autonomy.I was guided and challenged by my therapist in areas I genuinely know was dysfunctional or lacking awareness of.I thank Elham for working with me and to maintain professionalism and authenticity within her work. I quite enjoyed speaking with Elham Momemi during my time completing a post separation new families course. There were many situations where Elham was able to simplify and articulate on the psychology of children, conflict and parenting. Although it took me several months to complete this course due to my schedule, I was quite impressed with how quickly Elham was able to recall personal situations that I had shared with her during previous sessions, this allowed me to feel a sense of trust in knowing that Elham had my children's, my ex partner and my best interest in the situation that I find myself.Thank you Uniting and thank you Elham for the support that I have received.Kind Regards,Matias Ayala.
