Honestly called to clarify things with the last service but the lady that picked up started lecturing me for them being there for 23 years and stating i was acusing them. Maybe hear the person out first before just stating what your asuming or jumping in mid clarificationof what's being asked, the servicing aswell is questionable at times compared to others. Honestly if people are going to be this rude maybe dont be at the front of desk and also dont bang the phone down. Honestly reconsidering getting any of the cars serviced here anymore. If youvget your car serviced ir make specific requests, check straight away tbh cause it doesnt seem like they do it but charge for it.

Lady at reception, Joyln is very horrible. She is not fit for this role. No respect for customers, very irresponsible. She is a bad news for bussiness. This place noy recommended.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Mark and Joanne are so wonderful and helpful. Only place I would come for my wheels. The best pricing and exceptional service. I’ve been a long time client of these guys and they always have gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommend Bridgestone Mount Druitt and their a trustworthy business I will vouch for always !
