After a phone call this morning drove in to pick up an item I had ordered. After signing the consignment slip was directed to where the item was. It weighed 33kgs and with a notice on the box stating 2 person lift. Male in office just stayed on the phone while I had to drag box along the concrete and struggled to load into my car was very disappointed with the service I received obviously customer service is not one of their strong suits.
