So happy with my most recent experience with Traditionally Yours! We built our house 10 years ago and Traditionally Yours did all our window coverings throughout the house. We couldn't have been happier with the service and the quality of the work. Fast forward 10 years and a couple of the (high use) chains started to break on the blinds. I called Traditionally Yours for help - they ordered 10 new chains and replaced them for just over $100. Very reasonable and much more efficient than doing it myself. Unfortunately, after a day, one of the winders got stuck and needed replacing - of course ... they no longer make the winders any more!! Nothing was too much trouble for Janette, who searched through the spare parts they had on hand and came and replaced the winder free of charge. Brilliant service! Highly recommended small business.
