I just went in to buy 2 of the same game, one for me and my friend and was going to get them price matched from JB Hi Fi. They told me I needed proof, I don’t have any data on my phone and so I suggested they look it up on their system and they don’t have any internet in the store and so I couldn’t purchase them??? It’s 2020, who doesn’t have internet in the store when this company clearly states they price match with other stores. How are you supposed to take online store purchases for a semi online game store that has no internet in the store? Literally the most stupid store I’ve been to. Thanks for nothing.

It's a really nice store for people who want to buy gaming consoles or new games. The people their are very helpful and informative. The store is filled with games and gaming accessories. For people who love gaming it is very exciting to be their. Keep up the good customer service.

Went with an issue with my Nintendo switch. Store attendant was amazing, even though his manager wasn’t present to help, he made the efforts to call head office and help me solve my issue. Really appreciated his help and got my Nintendo fixed and bought a new game as well. Thanks a lot and would definitely visit again!

Worse customer service ever. Lady was rude on the phone and lacked empathy. I have now a bad taste in my mouth and know I’ll get better service from an online store. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
