First visit told to come back after waiting 20 minutes already. Returned at the appointed time to be told IT issues ( fair enough). At this point I overheard the salesman told by his manager not to call support but to serve other customers first.Was then told would be called later and sent away. 5 hours later and no return call.The gentlemen trying to help us was very good and helpful, just a shame the manager did not want our business.Rang the store and told them not to bother will be going elsewhere.Such a shame the shop in town won't be reopening after the floods only ever had good experiences there and was treated like a valued customer.

Waited awhile to see someone but they were very busy. Staff member was fantastic once we sat down to discuss my problem. Just be aware that some deals or services are only available online (I didn't, so I wasted time coming into the store for my inquiry)

This product is terrible! Extremely poor. With full bars in a 5G area, you will be lucky to receive internet off this product. Do not buy. It is a complete waste of money. Starts out bad and gets worse rapidly. Do not buy!!

On my third visit was hoping my previous two visits could be forgotten and I would forgive them for the uncourteous service I had previously received. So, on this third visit because my photo ID was two months out of date, my Telstra account could not be accessed not even with the hundred points of other ID I had on me. Therefore, I could not change my bank details nor pay my latest bill. My frustration bubbled over. Now, with a new and current photo ID - am hoping that on this fourth visit I will receive the courtesy and service every customer deserves If not, I will contact the Ombudsman which is every costumers right.

Walk in to purchase a phone the store is empty and your told 2.5 hour wait The Staff then told me to go to Big W so I went to Optus in and out 12 mins with active phone I wanted

Excellent service from the staff. I went today to upgrade my phone. I had to wait a little while which is fair enough as it was lunchtime on a Saturday. They took my name and I went and did some shopping. In 25 minutes they called to say I was ready. The staff member I saw was excellent. Max explained all the options and features in a way I could understand and even went beyond what I asked to see if he could save me money on my other services. Highly recommend Max and the staff at Telstra Lismore. Best bet is to pop in, put your name on the list and do some shopping at the Square. So happy with my new phone AND my new plan. 5 Stars
