Carpet is marketed and sold as a premium product but in actual fact it's really poor quality. Victoria Carpets customer service is non existent and they will not honour their warranty. As others have clearly said, avoid this company!

DO NOT BUY THIS CARPET. There is NO customer service. We purchased 49.9 Lineal meters in November 2021 of 100% wool, as it was being layed in the hallway we noticed a difference in the colour and also in one of the bedrooms it has a strip through it and it looks like a runway. The rep and carpet layer have come out and as far as this company is concerned its You bought it You have a problem so just Shut up because we have our money!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD USE IT, ONLY REASON THEY ARE GETTING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I CANT POST THIS WITHOUT IT!!!!

We recommend that you don't buy carpet from this company. We bought their top plush pile carpet with 10 year guarantee for the bedrooms & after only 2 years it started deteriorating badly. It flattend, showed all the footprints & shading & discoloured & only two of us live in the unit. Even the carpet cleaners told us we are wasting our money shampooing the carpet. The company refuses to do anything & states that this is normal wear & tear & is not faulty. You be the judge. We will be taking the matter further & the carpet has been replaced at our cost. If there was a minus we would rate the carpet & the company's service -5 stars.

We had commercial carpet tiles installed at our office over 3 years ago and they still look fantastic. They've been easy to clean after a few food spills and no apparent wear marks or flattening through the high-traffic areas as yet. Very happy :)

Spent $8500.00 on a pure wool carpet in June 2020. It has been shedding copious amounts of fibres ever since and is now covered in a layer of pilling. Victoria Carpet rep. has inspected the carpet and basically accused us of causing this ourselves. We have shown him our vacuum cleaner, which DOES NOT have a rotating brush head but he insisted that we have used the wrong head and Victoria Carpets have refused to honour the warranty. Very unhappy with both Victoria Carpets and the retailer, Carpet Call. We did not receive any documenatation at all about the care of the carpet and when we asked for it, the retailer told us it was not necessary. We did not expect, when spending this amount of money on a 'heavy duty, pure wool, hard wearing carpet' that we would encounter the issues we have and if the carpet was prone to develop these issues this should have been conveyed to us and we never would have bought it. Extremely unhappy and will never deal with Victoria Carpets or Carpet Call again.

Purchased a twist pile carpet from this manufacturer for a new house and within 12 months there was very noticeable flattening and wear on the carpet. Tried to get it professionally cleaned but didn’t help. Very disappointed in the quality and when the rep eventually came out to have a look… he tried to tell us the wear was normal and not covered under warranty. For 2 clean people living in the house this was very disappointing!!! Very poor customer service. I had an almost identical carpet in a previous house from a different manufacturer and after 4 years it still looked like new.

If I could give 0 stars for their flooring and customer service I would. They pitch their flooring as having a lifetime warranty" but then when the product chips and de-laminates they pass the blame to the installers or the builder or whoever they can by preparing a dodgy report that includes photos of them measuring on an angle with credit cards underneath to justify specs not being met with sub-floor heights. I am leaving this review as they do not want to accept responsibility for their terrible Stainmaster Pet Protect Hybrid Floating Floor Product that is (as pictured) very very poor quality. These defects started showing after 3 months and now 2 years on we still don't have a solution except replacing all the flooring in the whole house. They also market this product as DIY but don't do that as they will just say you didn't install it properly. Don't waste your money or time. Carpet Court also no longer sell this range due to the issues they have had with it."

Don't buy from them. My carpet with a 10 year warranty is terrible after less than 3 years. The warranty is meaningless as they aren't helping with the warranty claim and neither is the retailer, Solomons Flooring at Erina in NSW. The pile has flattened, texture and colour changed. We are a middle aged couple, no kids or pets. Very disappointing. The retailer's own carpet cleaner and layer said the carpet has performed extremely poorly. The Victoria's Carpets Service Manager, Andrew Gilchrist, sent a rep to inspect who we met with at our house, but after getting his report Andrew is now using a delaying tactic, and asking us to agree to a second inspection by someone else who can't come for another 10 days. It's been 5 weeks since we reported the problem to Solomons Flooring and they are both delaying. It's not worth it. Buy elsewhere in the first place. Will post an update expecting the worst.
