The home service I booked for when I was away for 3 months did not work out well. On/after the 2nd service, the lid was not placed properly on the pump basket, so water was leaking. The skimmerbox was chockabloc. The pump was turned off, the water was green and low. This was discovered by my gardener.When I contacted Swimart Carlingford, it was all denied and some story about washing on my line was told, assuming someone was in my house. This was not the case.No responsibility for the missed/bad service was taken, no apology, and I was charged extra for chemicals to make the pool clear again. There was no communication about my request not to pay for these chemicals.I have been coming to this shop for 18 years, but Never again will I use this branch!!

Bit pricey . Search around you will definitely find better value for money else where. The owner was telling me the guys down the road Sydneys Best Pool Service" use cheap products. When I actually compared the two that wasn't the case. They other guy were more willy to negotiate and did have a slightly better product."

Good advice and product knowledge. The product range is very limited and not cheap but this is offset by low-priced installation, showing up on time, doing a very neat job and giving you a quick user guide. It was very easy and convenient to deal with my local shop and gives me peace of mind that the company will be still around in ten years time should any warranty issues arise. I ended up with the right product at a reasonable price.

Lovely neighbourhood pool shop, reliably open (nearly) every day of the year. They are not out just to sell you the most expensive fix but take the time to listen to problems and suggest alternate solutions. Went above and beyond on Sunday to fit a new part to my cleaning tool but only charged for the part - lovely!!

This is my one-stop shop for all my pool supplies. From water testing to chemicals to spare parts they have the lot. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are open all weekend which is really helpful. There is plenty of parking out the front and they will help you out with your bags of salt etc. Great business and nice people.
