Team were great, Both Emma in the office and the tradesman who visited.We had the shower screen glass removed while we re-grouted the shower and then replaced later once complete.Really appreciate being able to have a company so capable and professional in Canberra.Thanks Emma & Team

Receptionist lady is the worst customer service lady. Rude, unfriendly and should know that smile does not cost anything. We were told that waiting time is 4 months to get the work done. We will find different place.

Mitchell's Glass Works provided the glass splash-back for our new kitchen and the final product is excellent, but there were some problems during the installation.Despite having all cupboards and benches installed beforehand, the initial measurements taken by the glaziers were incorrect. When the splash back was delivered, it did not fit. Apologies were made, measurements were re-taken, and a new splash-back was ordered with priority service requested.The second splash-back came in just under two weeks (half the time of the first one), an installation time was booked, but the installers did not arrive. Turned out there was an admin problem, and the installation was not booked properly. More apologies were made, and the installers came out later in the day.Overall, the product is very good and I'm sure we were just the victims of bad luck with the unavoidable/minor problems we experienced. We had to wait a little longer than we wanted, but in the end we have just what we wanted and we have it forever.

Easy to deal with and very quick turn around time. Definitely recommend using their services.

Very surly and unhelpful receptionist - terrible public point of contact for this company. My partner and I joke about her lack of service and friendliness but seriously guys, you should put someone in this role who actually enjoys their work and can do it. They carry very limited stock and take forever to get new stock in, have bad administrative systems and communication, internally and with customers, is below standard. Have been to them a few times for fairly minor jobs. Will not use them again.

While it took a long time to get the work done, the quality is great, the people were very helpful and the price was fair.

The glass in my fireplace door cracked the other night. Mitchell's Glass cut me a piece of ceramic glass within 24hours. Great price, I am very happy with their service.

Really easy to deal with type of people. Good sales and admin team. Personable trades and installers. After sales service was also great. I'd recommend these guys over their competition, but I've never had the need to try anywhere else.
