A rat ran into our house from a hole in the floor and it was about 5pm, so we called almost every pest control place in Brisbane and none of them could come over on the same day but we called Bruin Pest Management and they were over within 10 minutes. Sarah and Andy were extremely lovely and professional, I feel like they went above and beyond. They came in and took away the rat, my roommates and I were very impressed with how it was handled. It was such a big rat and it was pretty scary for us and we could not recommend them more; we will definitely be contacting them again if the need arises!!

They arrived on time and were super friendly, explaining very clearly what they would be doing.Despite it being the Christmas period, we were promptly provided with a comprehensive and easy to understand inspection report with no pushy sales pressure for the obviously necessary follow up work.Booked them again for the termite work and they competed the work on the day, ahead of schedule time for the quoted price.Not only that, but they went the extra mile and pulled material out from under the house off their own back.I would recommend Bruin to anyone quite happily.
