I dealt with Russell at JRS and the service was amazing. He is a real gentleman and very honest. He really went out of his way to help is anything he could to make things easy for me. It felt like ipI was buying a car from an old friend. The price for the purchase and trade-in were fair and comparable to the market. I'm giving only four stars because the vehicle needed some warranty repairs and my experience with the electrical repairer was not good, he wasn't very friendly and was not listening to what I had to say, then he told me the car was ready for pick up and when I got there it wasn't, so I had to go back again to pick it up and I fairly sure he damaged my door when fixing the central locking, but I can't prove it because it took me about a week to notice it and don't have before/after photos. I highly recommend JRS, but watch your space with the repairer.

Very friendly representatives. Received an immediate reply to my inquiry through carsales, arranged an inspection on a Saturday afternoon. Bought my car then and there, all papers processed on site. Received insurance for the ride home. Overall a very pleasant experience.
