We recently moved to a retirement village which had an outdated 1.5 kw solar system and we required an update to reduce power bill whilst increasing our power usage for electric vehicle etc. We eventually chose Empower Solar - ESA based on their proximity to us, great office showroom, competitive estimates and knowledgeable staff especially Jason Peckover who undertook our case from woah to go, including negotiations with Western Power!The whole process was actually enjoyable with the final system being - 6 kw panels and inverter and Battery. The installation crew were top notch, pleasant , informative and very efficient. Finally I love the software app. that to me is the best thing.The best people to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring information or supply and install of a solar system

The tradesmen that came to install our solar panels today where nothing but very professional. They explained how to work and check everything and where very happy guys, 1 in particular, who was singing the whole time he was here. Couldn't fault Empower Solar, will be definitely recommending to my family, friends and colleagues, great work!!!

Found ESP on Google and Joshua Lim contact us the next day, this is our first time getting Solar for our newly built home and he was very helpful and patient to answer whatever question we have. Signed up with them days after and they came to install within the same month. Installers was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely refer to my friends and family. Couldn't be happier with the service I have had from Empower. Started with Joshua Lim who came round and discussed options with us. One of the things we water was a heat pump for our hot water. No sooner than we had placed the order, our old hot water system died and the team went flat out to get the heat pump installed within 24 hours even though our solar installation was some weeks away. Installation itself appears to have gone very smoothy and we are enjoying our free energy!

We got our quote from Joshua and he was very helpful when there was a little hippcup with sourcing the inverter, He fixed the problem quite quickly. The installers were very friendly and punctual. Chris explained what work has been done. Overall we are very happy with Empower solar's service and work.

LOOK NO FURTHER!I was initially looking at the iStore HWS - the pricing post the STC rebate were coming in just under $3k through a plumber and also having to source my own electrician drove the price up.Feeling put off I started to look at Solar upgrade due to already having a system for 11 years and zero bills I wanted to maintain my bills at a low on no cost, due to the higher feed in tariff ending.I came across several options and I can tell you some of them are very pushy to sell their products over the phone, being a bit old school I wanted a more professional approach for my custom, I then found that Empower Solar had the package for me with the 6.6kW System and the 180L iStore, the price was amazing and everything included.Very professional sales rep, no pressure to sign up - explained everything. Logan is very knowledgable, his approach was on point - he’s a credit to your establishment. I’ll be in touch again once the rebates are available for the batteries.On the day of install everything went like clockwork, Mike and Jake were a pleasure to have on site - even answering a few more questions during the install, plumbers and commissioning electricians all notified me of their attendance prior to showing up.Can’t ask for more to be honest!They even removed my old system which gave me the chance to ‘Pay it Forward’ to a family that couldn’t afford to get solar.Professional is an understatement.Thankyou again Empower Solar Perth!Such an easy decision.
