I dont usually go i to a post office but needed to to get a passport sorted. I arrived 20min before closing time and the staff that help me were awesome! I was able to take the needed passport pics and lodge my passport; super easy and super friendly. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Went in yesterday to renew my passport, waited for 25 minutes then was told when I got to the front our EFTPOS machine isn't working"....you couldn't let customers in the line know that prior to waiting that long? Then went in today and was told they were too busy and I should've come in yesterday. What a joke.Literally every single 5 star review that says "great customer service" is written by someone with a Vietnamese surname

I chose a time when there was no queue and walked straight in and asked if they would certify some documents. The lovely gentleman photocopied them and stamped them with no problems. There is a small fee but I was happy to pay for their great service.The staff are always so professional.

Well done auspost, you have a customer waiting patiently and even moves out of the way for you to do a passport photo and then allow two other people to proceed while continuing to make me wait when all I wanted to do is pay a bill.

Bad customer service! I was applying for my passport and the staff wanted me to provide medicare card. I provided a temporary medicare from the centrelink which is on a paper. He wont accept it! He said it's not acceptable. He want the expired medicare instead but unlucky for me centrelink took it. Even the hospital will accept the temporary medicare card, I dont understand why he cant? Such a stupid logic!

Very very poor customer service. I live in Airport West, very close to this branch and I had a parcel coming in. Since I was at work, the delivery guy took the parcel back, but to Niddrie branch for some reason. I went in to ask if I can get it sent to this branch since I work and live nearby and I won’t be able to pick up at niddrie since the timings clash. The guy at the counter simply said pay $7 fee to get transferred and if you have any complaints call customer care.
