Chemist Warehouse Mt Gravatt

If I could give a minus score I would. Waited 40 mins for scripts only to be told they were put in the coming back" pile. My scripts are NOT cheap combined with the vitamins etc I buy they have just lost a good customer. Poor service from a little girl that was more interested in serving young men than a 60+ woman!"

Staff are so rude and ridiculous! Asked one person for help with perfume they said oh I don't know about the perfumes" and walked away from me. Not even try to help get me assistance from someone else.Last night went and asked for a product behind the counter that is listed currently available at that store. The rude girl says "no we don't have it... I think" doesn't attempt to look for it !Another staff member I asked for a basket for my items she just shrugs and says " don't think we have any "What is this ???"

The store is clean and holds a large variety of products. Service on prescriptions can be a little slow. Prices are good Are staff are friendly

Opening hours quoted are incorrect. Because of this I had to walk over an hour to get to an alternative chemist in order to get essential medication. There is a reason why this chemist has such a low review score, not to be trusted!

Chemist Wearhouse stocks a large volume of products it's hard to find something they don't stock. The store is a little cluttered, so it's a little harder to find things. However, there are also a lot of specials and good value.

Went to pick up a Click & Collect order at Mt Gravatt. Waited in line at the front counter to be served. Listened to the customer service from a tall male staff while waiting.The service and attitude from him was terrible and unprofessional towards the customer he was serving. It was disgusting the way he spoke. The woman was asking him a question about the purchase. He was extremely rude to the customer. The customer was polite. He kept telling her to go to the back and ask the pharmacist. Absolutely terrible customer service. He was raising his voice and giving her bad attitude and like he couldn’t care less that he was not able to help. He did not have to speak like that to the customer.The next customer came and he said how are you? After a short while, he said to them abruptly I’m not serving right now. The customer then stepped back to queue at a different staff counter. They said to each other they thought he said to come over. (Which he did). The male staff member after a minute said ‘next’, calling the customer to come back only a few seconds later. A very bad staff member.I collected my order. After leaving the store, I checked the 2 products in the bag. One of the moisturiser’s had the seal broken. They were both also 2 months out of date! No more replacements either. What a waste of my time. Bad management and stock take.When I returned to the staff counter. The male staff member was sitting down behind the counter. I said the products were out of date and if I could return them. He called his manager and then asked me to go to the prescriptions counter at the back. I was on crutches with an injured leg, which he could see. I asked if the manager could come to the front. The whole process took about 15min for the manager to process the return. A bit slow.The male staff member had terrible service and attitude. Very unprofessional.I don’t know why Chemist Warehouse hire people like this. Your standards have dropped significantly. Never going back to this store. Will be telling friends about this for sure.

The slowest Chemist to get scripts filled. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth out took 20+ minutes to get a script. Not good enough is it wasn't even busy. Got back to car and she was crying in pain. Had to ask 3 times where the script was. Young Female Asian pharmacist with light dyed hair was the one doing her script. I told them my daughter just had her wisdom teeth out. They didn't care or rush.

Poor customer service, the Asian lady wearing UQ uniform at the prescription intake was really not kind, answering my questions like she doesn't bother, no kind explanation or options etc given.

I have been going here for years, the staff and very friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve never had an issue!

I will give bad review and tell my friends to do so until the thin figure, height 1.83m, Chinese male employee GET FIRED
