Always a good stop in the morning. Shallu and Jessica always very friendly and do great coffee!

I was keep ringing all three bells and for long time more than 15 minutes, noone came out. the picture show the staff member, she said she is cleaning and filling the fridge and it is too difficult for her to come out. She even cannot read the order number.very racist staff, speak such a bad language that does deserve to work. no humanity at all in this staff,said me she did not have any orders and lie too much.the owner or manager must take stringent action as this is serious and did so many wrong thing this staff I cannot mention in the words.....

The level of customer service provided by the employee working tonight was extremely unsatisfactory, coupled with a noticeable lack of initiative.We encountered a situation where we requested to have our pre-paid toastie sandwich toasted, to which the response was, 'I regret to inform you that I am unable to toast it as the machine has already been cleaned.'Surprisingly, when we visited another BP on a previous day (which was a later time of the night) despite their machine having been cleaned as well, that staff member willingly reactivated the machine to toast the our toastie.Furthermore, when we suggested swapping the untasted toastie for a sandwich of equal value, the employee declined, stating, 'Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate that request.'This experience left us profoundly disappointed, as it is truly disheartening to witness such lackadaisical behavior from a member of the staff.

This servo has quickly become my favourite places to stop in the morning on my way to work Jessica and Anita have two he some of the most enthusiastic and hard working girls I’ve seen in a while no matter what time rain or shine the coffees are Always amazing and it’s just a welcoming place 10/10

The girl working tonight provided exceptionally poor customer service and displayed a lack of motivation. When we requested to have our pre-paid toastie sandwich toasted, she responded, 'I'm unable to toast it because the machine has already been cleaned.' However, when we visited another BP location later in the night, despite having already cleaned their machine, a different staff member willingly switched it back on to toast the toastie we had purchased. Additionally, when we inquired about exchanging the untasted toastie for a sandwich of equal value, she replied, 'I'm afraid I cannot accommodate that request either.' This experience was highly disappointing, and it's truly disheartening to witness such laziness from a member of the staff.

Yesterday i had a worst situation in bp there was a staff named harsh at around 11:35. He was so rude and tell as it was a busy time he can’t make as a coffee actually there was no busy trying to be so smart and totally worst service experience ever i had. When i asked for a chocolate ice cream he was acting like in his life he never heard about ice cream.

Jessica the Asst Store Manager and Shallu the barista really made a simple grab a coffee and run into a delightful experience. (I was not forced into writing this)
