Do not waste your time or money at this place!! Owner is a vile old woman. Went in asking for a rough estimate for a framed mirror and she was very condescending, made faces and spoke in a rude tone the entire time. I didn’t want to speak to her anymore so I said thank you and left the store. After which she said “yeah get your facts straight before you come here” as I walked out. Disgusting.

Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I went in, poor and trying to make a gift for my partner. The older lady helped me pick the perfect frame and border. She gave me the cheapest option which was build it myself but supply me with the frame and border. When I went in the next day, she greeted me so politely and asked about my day & then revealed that they had actually put the piece together for me for no cost. I started to cry in the store. Such a lovely act of generosity and fantastic, homely, family customer service. Thank you so much & I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great service. Great framing. Fast job, and they bent over backwards to finish a challenging job quickly for a charity fundraiser that had a hard deadline. They are now moving ‘go to’ framing store.

I am really surprised and sorry to hear that a few people had a bad experience there. I've been using their services for 3 years- always polite, helpful, understanding and prompt. Happy with their services so far.

I walked in with an old original rolled up sketch and walked out a week later with a Masterpiece. Thanks to Discount Gallery for their fast and very professional service, I am glad I Chose them for the work!

I have shopped here on several occasions and have been happy with the service provided. However, I went in a couple of days ago to purchase an A2 frame for one of my photos. I found a suitable frame but found the backing board did not fit properly (cut too large for frame) and was bent/crumpled in the lower left corner of the frame. I mentioned this to the staff on the counter. She immediately retorted There's nothing wrong with this". I explained the board was damaged thus the photo would not sit flush in the frame. I asked if she would replace it if I purchased the frame. She again said there was nothing wrong and told me she would replace it but I would be charged extra for the new backing board. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We met the rudest old Karen ever, which I assume would be the owner of the place. We were looking through frames trying to find a particular picture frame, the owner out of the blue yelling at us for making a mess while we were just going through the frames, it wasn’t like they were in a very neat order anyways, and I said to her calmly that if she would like us to look only without touching the frame she would simply had to ask us in a nicer way instead of yelling, we are all reasonable people, she said and I quote “you’re rude, you need to leave right now!”Get a life grandma, don’t go pouring your attitude on any customer that walks in. Absolutely disgusted by the rudeness. If you hate your job so much you might as well close it?

Got the 4 frames completed in just under two weeks. Everyone else was quoting 6-8 weeks. Excellent customer service for drop off and pick up.
