The sales assistant was only young still learning my husband needed special type of shoes and inner sole. My opinion the older lady should have taken over the sale or guided the young girl instead of worrying about tidying up the shop.

The lovely sales assistant who worked on Saturday 6 May at the Imperial Centre shop had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful and a credit above and beyond to all other Williams Stores I have been to. I purchased boots and a second pair but would have brought more except for them being faulty in the leather. One was green toed and one brown and another lot not the same look of leather. Shame but this was the supplier and not the store. The staff I rate 5 star but the products were less than optimal.

Excellent customer support and service. I have a large wide foot needing a stylish sandal of garden engagement party. Needed size 11. Sales lady made me feel special. Waiting on me hand and foot. fitting all sandals on my feet. She found the perfect sandal out in her storeroom for my odd feet. The sandal are perfect. Sales lady never gave up on me like most shoe stores do. Highly recommend for their hands on excellent service and care. Great prices too. Thankyou, will be my first stop for shoes in the future.
