I've dealt with Pialba Smash Repairs a few times and after my experience with them I would never recommend them to any of my friends or family. The biggest job I had done was having my ute repainted. They missed little bits here and there, didn't put things back together properly, stripped screws, broke clips, forgot to paint the bumper, towbar wiring was not working when I got the ute back to which I was accused of messing up myself. There's plenty more things that can be added but I will leave it at that.I will credit them with the fact each time I had an issue they rectified it but you're better off going elsewhere and having it done right the first time, I must've been back about a dozen times over the few jobs they did for me. Last thing to mention would be customer service, they really are lacking in this area, upon going elsewhere I was quite pleasantly surprised at the customer service and professionalism elsewhere.

100% professional, would have to say the BEST panel shop I have ever had to deal with, from the quote to picking up the car after the repair was completed, would highly recommend to anyone.
