Honestly god bless the lovely staff at Newtown Vintage who helped me pick a yummy outfit for my birthday! They all went above and beyond to find clothes in my size and make styling suggestions, and made me feel so welcome and taken care of !! The prices here are also so so reasonable and the range is great! Will definitely be back!

I loved being in the cosy vintage clothing. Got to look at some cool things. Ended up buying a nice jacket to start a conversation.Staff were extremely friendly and easy to connect with, explaining how the store is set up and what I could find

What a great find! Travelled from out of Sydney and were served by two girls with 5 star customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful advice with styling! Very happy with the purchases and would highly recommend this store!

Amazing place for vintage styled items. Shop is long and packed with interesting clothes.Hundreds of scarves all over the place. Upstair there are more scarves, jackets, t shirts and hats. Jackets are around $85. T shirts are around $30. Scarves are from $15. Some items can be overpriced.Feel guilty for leaving without buying anything. Agree with a few other reviewers that there is a pressure to buy which can be unpleasant.A customer who doesn't buy today might come back to buy next time and tell friends about great genuine service.Don't worry too much that you don't get money from them now. Treat customers with respect, be kind and genuine. Offer a little bit of discount would make customers buy easier.Recommend having a special rack or two with discounted items. Something under $15.

I had the best experience at 313 on Thursday night, all of the staff were super lovely. Truely went above and beyond to help me get a last minute fit for an event I was headed to. For a first time shopping at 313, it was everything and more than I expected. I will be back!

The team Laila and Roland (sorry if I correct spelling) were absolutely fabulous. I needed a drag king outfit, showed them my inspo, and they found the ENTIRE outfit. Will absolutely be coming back for drag and regular wear x

Loved everything about this store, it was my first time in Newtown and this store was by far the best vintage store I went into. The customer service was amazing I felt so comfortable and everyone on that shift deserves a raise. Sophia helped me and my friend pick out outfits and every other staff on that day (03/06/23) went out of their way to help me pick out my clothing, showed me everything I needed as well as compliment me on my style choices. Shoutout to the two girls on the changing rooms who helped me through around 10 pairs of items in no rush and no change in great energy. Loved everyone in there and I am so going back again.

My daughter and I went shopping here, and we had a great time. 2 floors of clothing and the staff worked so hard to find my daughter exactly the right fit pair of jeans. Great selection of clothing coupled with great service - we will be back!
