I hired Party decorations (plinth and hoops) from them for my daughter’s 1 st birthday party and the communication and the instructions were very clear and efficient. The pick up and return was very smooth and without any hassle.

We hired the dessert cart, kids tables and chairs with cake stands. Very easy to use website and great communication from Ny Party hire. The team were wonderful in dropping off and setting up the items and picking them up, highly recommend and will be using them in the near future

Had experience of returning the tables and chairs after the event in the evening slot of 07:00pm till 09:00pm on the weekday. The only disappointment was all the hired stuff returned in the same condition with full care in my SUV but due to putting the plastic chairs on top of the folded table cause the major inconvenience and can cause the damage the tables therefore deducted the Bond money. That kind of a character shows the customer service behaviour.
