She destroyed my hair, i had waist length hair. She handed over my hair to a learner and she bleached my hair in a very unprofessional way. After that i have tried thousands of way and spent thousand dollars to fix them but nothing worked for me. At last i have to cut them to shoulder length and it breaks my heart everyday when i sees them.So, don't go to them for such professionals handling treatments please.

One of the worst salon on the town. I won't recommend anyone to go there. They have no any idea of handling hair. They handle my hair so roughly. I went to color my hair and they spoil the color. They should be totally banned from running business.They don't have any experiences. I would give zero star if possible. Highly unprofessional.

They are totally unprofessional. I waited for one week for my appointment. When i got there they told me my appointment has been cancelled without informing me. I wasted my time going there. They could have called me or at least messaged me. Pathetic service and no empathy at all. There is no option for zero or minus star otherwise it would be that. The receptionist didn't even apologize.

I never write reviews, but for this lady, and this place it is so worth it. The lady is the absolute best. Always remembers exactly how i like my hair even after long periods overseas. Highly recommend.

I went in for a haircut and came out utterly disappointed as the way she handled my hair was unprofessional and clearly shows her lack of knowledge in cutting hair. She asked me to show a picture of the cut I wanted and I did. I wanted shoulder length and she cut it real short I was shocked. Don’t ask your clients what they want if it’s not what you going to provide. I did not see her paying attention whilst cutting my hair. This is the lady who runs the Salon and she can be more responsible what she offer for her clients. Such a waste of money and will never recommend this place for a ladies hair cut.
