Great removalists. Very careful and professional. Moved on a rainy day with many steps, did a wonderful job; making sure everything was protected and placed wonderfully. Cant recommend them enough.

Zero stars if possible, as this is the worst moving company we have ever had. Hours late and didn't contact us. We had to keep calling Mobex to find out when they would be arriving. They ended up coming the day after the arranged date and were not friendly or careful with our belongings. They didn't wrap furniture even after we asked them and stacked items with no padding causing damage. There were also boot/shoe marks where they stood on wooden furniture. Other furniture items were damaged when lifted into the van. All the plants were squashed and damaged. Numerous boxes were soaking wet on arrival with the contents damaged, and some items had to be thrown away.We were told that our things would stay in the same truck used for the collection, but our belongings were transferred to a much smaller truck in transit and everything was crammed in. This resulted in over $1000 dollars in damage and some of the damaged items are irreplaceable. The service was unbelievably bad, with rude and unhelpful guys who laughed when we expressed how shocked we were at the damage to our belongings. Only with the help of Muval were we able to get compensation for the damage to our belongings, as well as for the failure to provide the professional service that was agreed upon.

Ansi and Rami helped me out with my move on the Saturday that passed. They were not only careful with the way they handle the items, but were also courteous in offering if there were any other items I had which they could assist with carrying in their truck. The arrangement and service provided by them was seamless. I would definitely recommend their service for someone who is looking for a hassle free interaction. Thank you boys!

Oneil and George came a bit late due to traffic but were fair and didn't charge us more than what was initially agreed. The move was fast and efficient and they were careful every step of the way. They were friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Very poor communication during our whole delivery, they were late on arriving and delivering our things as well and never contacting us when they had not shown up at the agreed times. It involved us calling multiple times to only reach voicemail or it would ring out. Once speaking with them we were told they hadn’t organised our delivery on their system, which then involved further unanswered calls for nearly a week. It may be cheaper than most services but I would avoid using Mobex. Some of our items also were damaged on arrival. Would not recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal movers. Friendly. Timely. Professional and they absolutely had to lug all of my stuff up some steep stairs and did it with a smile. Nothing was too much- huge thanks to Dani and Eli and Mary
