Damien was really helpful and honest when quoting. He did not push for the most expensive product, but the ones best suited to the ocean air. I had sun blinds, an awning and all my security doors and screens done. The finished product is excellent. Any issues were rectified without dramas. The job took a long time, but that is typical in the current situation.

Paid deposit immediately upfront and told roller shutter was to arrive in 2 weeks + to be installed that week. Still waiting for an ETA and installation time 2 months later . Costly and reception don’t reply to messages even after dropping in multiple times . Save your moneyKeep being told I’ll find out when by (insert date) and never to be heard keep being delayed. Receptionist can't even organize a quote call out. Useless!

I have called to request a quote 3 times since about August 2022 and still yet to receive a quote. I then went to their shop and provided measurements before Christmas, was told no quoting done until they open again in January which is fine. I called last Thursday to see when they would be in touch to quote, young lady found my details and measurements and was told she’d look into this and get back to me, still no call or email. I have been incredibly patient and kept going back as my sister used Damien and said he does an awesome job which I have no doubt he does. That said he either needs new staff or just handle everything himself. I understand everyone is busy but as a local business owner myself there is no way this would be acceptable in my business. After contacting Complete Barrier Solutions on Friday the 20th Jan they called me today and will be on site to measure this Friday. Very big difference in customer service. Sorry but that’s about $8k In business you have lost due to very very poor service. You don’t want the work or are too busy say you are not taking it on or actually get back to people that are keen to get a job done.
