Extremely disappointed that my GP no longer works there. I have been a patient of Dr Hay’s for many years- she is a fantastic GP: extremely knowledgeable, always caring and a lovely person. You lost a rare and valuable asset. I will follow her to her new surgery

This is a profit centred practice. With poor communication to patients and pharmacies. Particularly for patients who have been taking medications for a long time. Without notice, the practice withdrew the ability of pharmacists to request repeats to fill Webster packs. Instead an appointment must be arranged in person or by Telehealth. Then when you have gone to the time trouble and expense of the appointment, the actual delivery of prescriptions to the pharmacy seems inordinately slow. Which is a problem for Webster pack using patients. Now I have to get a monthly report from the pharmacy and find out which prescriptions are running low and organise an appointment to request the repeat. This is not a patient centred practice. This is now a profit centred practice.

We had a terrible experience when we made an appointment for our youngest child with their in house psychologist Dr Jayne Orr and it was so bad that I made a formal complaint which was not taken seriously at all since she is “in house”. Re the generic reply to negative reviews I can assure you our complaint was not taken seriously. I’m a clinician myself so I knew what had happened with Dr Orr was not acceptable and unethical but they just pretended nothing happened. The staff also appeared to be intimidated by Dr Orr.Some of the reception staff can be rude in the way that they communicate with patients but Jack and Fiona were lovely. We have now left this GP practice due to this experience and have found a wonderful GP for our family at another local practice.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY and do not visit Dr Adeline Ng or this practice in general. Dr Ng left my wife in tears after visiting for the first time with my young son. Been through their whole internal complaints process, they don't give a stuff, won't even refund the consultation fee. Will be complaining elsewhere.

The company Ignores no junk mail signage as according to the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011 in Qld and the dsb for Australia. I hope you resolve your non compliance issue quickly

My records at this medical centre go back years. I therefore feel qualified to make a judgement on its medical care and its delivery. I rate this practice extremely highly for its professional service and family health orientation, led by the team principal who ALSO happens to be my GP. I trust his judgement with my life!

I have followed Dr Nicole O'Sullivan here from her previous surgery and I cannot recommend or praise her enough. She is the embodiment of what it means to be a doctor. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and time-generous doctor I have ever experienced. Both Nicole and the worlds greatest receptionist, Fiona, have supported me and continue to support me, through the difficult times I have been experiencing. I really cannot thank them enough.

Dr/s Dart, and Cham take a very considered (almost academic yet humble) and regarded approach to my health and that of my wider family. The practice applies a private fee as do most quality practices, which given high standard of support is inconsequential. Two of the best male GPs I've seen!

Excellent practice and Dr. Dart and his team are exceptional health care professionals. Highly recommended.
