Just a disgrace that this is the only bike shop in town, just saying as got treated very poorly by the owners of this place when it came to warranty work on a 7 month old bike with comments like you are not using the gears enough" as to why bike has a problem."

The lady in the store was very rude and the level of customer service was appalling from the man there too. Perhaps because it is the only bike shop in town, they feel they can treat customers however they like. Oh well.

Have heard horrible things from many people across town regarding this bike shop but wanted to go in and give them a go despite what I’d heard. BIG MISTAKE. I could use many words to describe my experience but to sum it up rude, condescending, sarcastic, unhelpful people who own/work here. Disgusting attitude! I will never step foot back in there.

Charged for 2 tyres where I only got 1 tyre changed. When confronted, all she said was okay.

Bought a 2300 tebco bike. Doesn't know anything about it. Have a full warranty. Won't even lend me another electric bike even after explaining I use it for a work vehicle. Full stop. Just don't do it. Get a 80 dollar bike from walmart. Not doing bussiness again.

Bought 2 bikes back in June 2017. Women's bike worked well, the men's was awful.One of the pegs snapped off and when I returned it I was flat out called a liar and accused of taking the bike off road. I'd had it less than a week and had only ridden it to work a handful of times.The bearing then went on one of the wheels. I took it back numberous times, only for them to tighten it and the problem still reoccur. Finally after the 3rd time they acknowledged that it was a fault with the bike and replaced it.Overall, the service was awful. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. It seems that the lack of competition from other bike shops has made them feel they can treat customers poorly

I love the service there. They have an excellent range of bikes and accessories. The owners have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bicycles.
