Andrew Sutherland and one of his plumbers Ben couldnt do enough for us. As soon as they were aware of issues that we they bent over backwards to ensure that the issues were rectified to our satisfaction. My husband and I are now very satisfied with the service we received. We highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a good old fashioned ethical service to Queensland families. An absolute rip-off! This plumber was engaged by our property manager to replace a hot water tank at our rental property at the plumbers advice. Not only was the price a complete rip-off, they sent through a second invoice, after we paid the first, which said the hot water system didn’t need replacing at all and we now needed to pay a charge out fee. This is after we paid $1864 for the hot water to be replaced. Steer clear of these guys who’ll do anything to fleece you.

We have used Chris from North Lakes Plumbing a few times now and will keep using him as needed in the future. Recently he replaced our water tank pump and has done work on a leak before amongst others stuff. He is reliable, honest and just a genuinely nice guy. Thanks Chris, really appreciate your help.
