THE 5 STARS ARE FOR THE EMERGENCYDEPARTMENT FEMALE TEAM. ALL THEDOCTORS AND NURSES ANDRECEPTIONISTS ON THE SECTOR WEREAMAZING. The general hospital is terribleevel 1 East wing need to up their gameSome of the nurses are great. The nightnurses need re training!! Ps. Patients dont like to eat cold food. Be more attentive or hire more nurses who actually do their jobs properly.

waited 4 hours from 1am with terrible and unprofessional service. the doctor seemed inexperienced and receptionist was childish. good nurse tho.

As an overseas visitor I had to go to Emergency on Monday 23rd January due to a dog bite. Every staff member I met was positive, cheerful and prepared to explain what they were doing. As a cancer survivor with a weakened immune system they took no chances that my wound would be infected. Well done to all staff members at Concord Emergency. You're the tops. Thank you

Worst ER. The nurse took three tries to do a canulation properly. Had to wait for 4 hours for getting a dislocated shoulder fixed while in intense pain.

I was at Emergency room recently and all the doctors and nurses and all the staff were very professional and kind. Thank you so much

What a joke of an ED. My husband was sent to this hospital as an urgent matter from the Department of Defence medical team and waited 6 HOURS TO BE SEEN!! What a joke! The on duty Triage Nurse 05/05/2023 was just as useless. Hubby ended up leaving before being seen and has gone to another hospital. If you’re on your death bed and want to die immediately then Concord Hospital is for you

Nurses Danielle was ignored my partner, she extremely hurts with gastric and struggling. We here since 830pm and she nearly roll on the floors. Our friends tried to talk to the staffs in registration they helped us!!! Appreciated, poor things happened. Danielle yelled at an old man who 82 years old. I not sure what's going on as a front line staffs even under stress this attitudes nono!!! At all, I felt so sorry for that old man!!!!!! Danielle you need to apologize to the old man for been patience long waiting on the chairs with old partners. Danielle can you shows your professional???? Why you been rude, we are 1st time here and really disappointed with this services in NSW Concord Emergency!!!!! Good luck for your future Danielle!!!!!!!!

I wish to give a BIG shout of appreciation to the entire emergency department staff.I rushed in yesterday 7/2/2023 with what I assumed was a mild stroke. I was rushed through the admittance process and was given lightning fast treatment.The emergency was in fact Bell's Palsy (similar symptoms to a stroke).I can't emphasize how deeply grateful I am to the entire dept!In particular Dr Amaratunga.I was informed throughout the process and made at ease.A very grateful patient!
