Quotations provided swiftly on the 3 different hot water heaters that I asked for. Appointment time was then booked in without fuss, with reminders provided as the install date approached. On the day the two tradesmen Jarred and Lachlan were friendly, efficient and we had the new hot water service up and running within 60 minutes. Great work all round!

19 year old Hot water system died, so called JR Gas & Water at 6.45am on a Tuesday and no trouble to take my early call and I thought I would have to wait a day or 2 but Josh showed up at 9.15am and installed a new system. Josh was professional and knew what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We utilised JR Gas & Water to supply & install our new Enviroheat Hot Water Heat Pump. This was a brand new installation that also required the removal of our old gas hot water system. We found JR to be an excellent company to deal with from the quotation stage all the way through to the completed installation. We found their communication throughout the whole process to be second to none and their workmanship to be very professional. Their online portal is a great inclusion to their overall service. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to complete a similar hot water system installation.

JR Gas & Hot Water guys Brandon and Lochlan came out an installed our system, Great service, very professional install, they system had a small leak on installation, but the guys came out straight away and corrected the issue, very minor, the system is great minimal running time to heat the water, excellent consistent heat, highly recommend this product. The electrician Mark also did a fantastic job setting up the timer to utilise our solar system. Overall fantastic service, price and experience.

From start to finish the team at JR Gas and water were amazing.Admittedly, The terms and conditions on the quote is quite a novel but from a business perspective I can appreciate why it’s needed.Sean and Lachlan is who installed our Rheem 270L AmbiHeat Heat pump. She’s a beauty!Sean and Lachlan were very professional, well spoken and knew the task at hand and they did it with ease. Best experience I’ve had with the plumbing trade. Quote to install was less than 24 hours, no fuss or call out fees.Sean the installer was great and replaced our broken hot water system quickly once on site.Prices were competitive compared to previous quotes as well.
