I had major issues with my ADSL2+ connection in our house with consistently having dropouts and poor connection speed. . Pierre was able to isolate two problems. My wiring in the house was non standard. Basically a poor wiring job done 20 years ago. Secondly a fault from the road to the Telstra Madison box. Pierre was able to fix the problems on our end so that we have a stable connection. However Optus who are my provider have yet to fix the fault from curb-side to premises. At least for now I am not getting no dropouts and a connection speed that at 90 percent of the time is satisfactory. I feel that next year I will need to call Pierre out again when these muppets from NBN decide it will be a great idea to put the NBN box in my garage despite the Garage not be connected to the house. Regardless to say Pierre will be my go to guy when the need arises. Highly recommended.

Great service. Good quality. Very personable , efficient and effective. Understood the problems which we were facing and dealt with them effectively while keeping us very well informed about what he was doing and how it would help. Fixed a problem which neither the ISP contractor, nor a Telstra technician were able to properly identify, let alone fix. Highly recommended.

Pierre did an excellent job in relocation our modem and router/wi-fi transmitter to a new central location in our home. His work was first class, he is a good communicator, pleasant to interact with and pays attention to detail.
