Goomeri Caravan & Bush Camp

This gem is well worth your time. To say it is kept well is a under statement. Perfect for a family that need some amenities to wash the kids, perfect for grey nomads to singles and groups. Great walks on the property with rolling hill views, excellent chance to have a chat to the cows. Absolutely will be going back and highly recommend anybody of any camping level from beginner to expert, give it a go. Fantastic.

Amazing large bush camp. Extremely well kept, great facilities, quirky creative sculptures and if you can grab a Saturday night, delicious dampers. Such a great deal and close to Goomeri.

After travelling for three weeks and totalling 4000 kms, this solo nomad with one small chihuahua (Chuck) discovered this beautiful location by accident and was overwhelmed in many ways by the Manager's (Nicole and Cameron) support for their guests. Cameron even repaired my electrical lead that was damaged on my way down from Gayndah. Having never camped off the grid, they set me up for a beautiful night on their 300 acre park together with kangaroos, cows, tree frogs and so many birds. The stunning sunset and night sky, was a wonderful nature experience and would highly recommend a stay here rather than parked on top of one another in town. Their low tariffs surprised me and if time wasn't against me, I would have stayed longer. Would definitely place this place on my must visit again" list"

Great quiet and relaxing place to camp. We had a family Easter camp, with plenty of flat grassed areas to camp. Goomeri Bush Camp has plenty of room with access to all camps between each group. So no other campers coming through your groups area to access other areas of the camp. Plenty of staff who were very friendly and helpful. There were organised daily activities for the kids and adults, if you wanted to join in. Rubbish was collected daily and the amenities were clean. Close to Goomeri if you want more supplies. Would highly recommend this camp site.

After peace and quiet? Then go no further. Spent 2 nights camping at the bush camp , there’s clean facilities and a bush camp kitchen with a full compliment of utensils, 1 gas bbq and 1 gas cooker a fridge along with great hosts with Rob reciting bush poetry and some great yarns, damper is cooked only on Friday & Saturdays at 5pm.We took in the peaceful creek walk and it’s Dog friendly. Optus phone service for us was a bonus.Definitely recommended.

Nicole and Cameron are fabulous hosts and the facilities are clean and the extra effort they go to in providing games for kids and the dampers... delicious. The sites are so clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this camp enjoyed our time here.

Spent Easter 2023 here with a big family group. It was a very nice place to camp.They put activities on each day for both kids and adults. Plenty of space to spread out on each campsite plus a fire pit.Toilets/showers were kept clean, just wish they had another block somewhere so it reduced the line up for showers.Rubbish and recycling bins were provided and a wormfarm bin, for food scraps, are located at the camp kitchen.

Great campsite, plenty of room to go around. The managers were excellent and very helpful. Plenty to see and do. The time went so quickly, we ended up starting an extra night. Plenty of walks as well.

Had 5 nights here with a large group (28 ) the managers gave us a huge space so we could all camp without being on top of one another! Camp kitchen is superb, amenities clean and great showers. Friday and Saturday night they bang the gong for “happy hour”, sit around the communal fire and try their damper. We had live music both nights, managers are fantastic hosts and for $10 per night for large groups you can’t go far wrong! Only downside was it was really hot with not much shade so will be definitely be a future winter campsite as there are many walk/bike paths around the property too. Loved it

Large spacious sites with designated fire pits. Modern clean amenities. Fantastic fully equipped camp kitchen with quirky decorated meeting and eating area. Quiet country atmosphere on a working cattle farm. Firewood and gas available at reception. No powered sites as this is a totally off grid bush camp. Pet friendly.
