My daughter has her weekly swimming class but the centre was closed due to any abc reason but they did not even contact or email us. I remembered it was a pouring day too! No apologies n nothing on the week after … terrible customer service !!! I won’t recommend this centre or they need to restructure their FOH team. Only the swim teacher is nice & friendly.

Once again Mounties fails on customer service. Wait patiently in line only to be told the swimming pool is closed. Nothing on the website and no sign in display in the foyer. Terrible customer service.

Great place for kids to learn how to swim, and whilst staff change every so often, I never had any reasons to raise a complaint.

Very unresponsive team. Don’t answer the phone and don’t reply to emails. They ask you to email everything as everything needs to be in writing but there doesn’t appear to be anyone checking the emails. Not worth the hassle - go elsewhere

Staff incompetentWent In four times with four different staff and kids lessons not booked in.One staff told us lessons were booked in for Tuesday went in no class we booked lessons for a Thursday went in with kids no lessons were booked in. Staff then re booked us for the Tuesday went back with kids ready to swim been advised lessons were on a different time.Staff are not even apologetic for there colleagues errors it has been a very embarrassing situation for both myself and my kids. Supervisor didn't even care to sort the issue out. Would not recommend
