Simple print jobs take three days to be produced, nobody EVER answers the phone, and no matter what time of any day you visit, the check-out queue is always huge and slow. On top of that the store always looks worn and untidy with large ranges of stock missing.

Got some items from Officework and there was one person serving at the counter. Another 2 staff members could see a line that was building from 2 people out to 9 people. I waited at 2nd position in line for over 10 minutes while other staff members behind the counter played on their phones by the till, exchanged a laugh and the exited the counter to the annoyance of the whole line. It wasn't until I asked if one of the staff leaving could help serve the people who have been waiting, watching the staff members play on their phones that we got some service. Everyone was so frustrated that they applauded my efforts to get a little bit of service. Just remember, without customers your wages don't get paid!! Don't neglect the hand that feeds you. Appalling customer service, as usual.

Never spending any money here MANAGEMENT! Start listening your staff are not serving !!! They ignore customers WAKE UP!!!! RIDICULOUS WAITING TIMES ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

When I am served the staff are helpful and polite. Been in 4 times now and I am constantly waiting In long lines. Today I left after waiting 28 minutes. Management need to hire more staff it’s simple as that. The staff that are working are constantly under the pump, which is stressful and customers are waiting for long periods of time. Poor management. It’s not that hard really.

Poor leadership representatives at this store! I cannot believe that office works lets managers like Justin work there. I simply went up to him as you do when you need help and I have never been met by such rude and arrogant mannerism in my life. He looks me up and down in disgust which made me me feel very subconscious of my weight which I have been having issues with recently. He just pointed and when I asked for further directions he scoffed and walked there then ditched me in the isle. People like this shouldn’t be in charge of groups of people and this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Sleepy staff.Go in for printing. Wait 20 minutes.Go in for general purchase. Wait ages in queue.Go to call them. Nobody ever picks up.Go in to ask a question. Staff hide in the back.

I went to self serve print out photos. First thing it was out of receipt paper so I had to line up after to get them to print it for me. Then I go to the self serve printing kiosk to scan and print photos. People there before me say it keeps freezing and is taking forever. So I wait 5 mins then decide to line up at the desk again, behind 5 or so people. Some lady has been at the desk the whole time, that’s fine. Another server called deb is communicating with the people at the self serve desk and people in the line behind me. I’ve waited 30 mins without being acknowledged or anything. All the staff are just going about their jobs casually as if there’s no rush. I start to get impatient. I talk to my partner about how they should have a “fast queue” for people who want things that don’t take up so much time. You can wait behind someone for an hour if they need something that takes that long. Without being acknowledged as well it’s pretty frustrating. Anyway I hear the lady infront that’s been there for ages say something like sorry for taking ages and the perosn working there says “we always get people like that here” . As in me, who was laughing and having fun with my partner and yes also talking about ways the place could be improved but not in an angry way at all. Anyway I found that super rude. She didn’t say anything to me like “shouldn’t be too long now” , she didn’t even look at me or make eye contact the whole time (it’s called customer service) and then complains about me to another customer, rude and unprofessional in itself. Her name is Deb, older blonde lady with glasses .

Visited this place few time I agree it’s busy at all the time.My recent experience with a lady call Deb was horrible, she was not professional, poor customer service and people skills and she make me feel very uncomfortable the whole time I was dealing with her.At the end of her poor service and does even ask me for receipt and answer a personal phone while working,,,,For management to review.

Poor staff service, have attitude in their tone and will never apologise once for their poor service. Also you have to wait for one hour for one printout.

Very very lucky to get one star to be honest, came here today just to look for some AirPods, I found some “display” package on the shelves that I had to present to the counter to purchase the item( which in all honesty fair enough) but when I presented it, I was told that they don’t have this item in stock right now, ummmm if you don’t have items in stock then why is it still on the shelves??? Very misleading to customers. Plus I was served by someone who looked like they had no idea what they was doing . I am hoping this issue can be rectified.
