Hung up because I wanted to double check the address of a car that I wanted towed. Took too long and was wasting his time the guy said on the phone. Avoid and take your business elsewhere.

I can't rave enough about the outstanding service I received from Brian today. When my car stopped nearly in the middle of a busy intersection and 3 other tow companies were going to be hours away due to the recent floods, he came to help my 4 year old and me within 20 minutes, and recommended a mechanic near where I live when I didn't know where to take it. I later learned that he was about to leave after an exceptionally long day helping flood victims himself when he received my call. Wonderful service, can't recommend enough!

Talk about short man syndrome! Brian is a foul tempered angry man!! Had 2 moves for him with a littlle bit of stuffing around to get to one of the moves and he did half of the work than dropped his bottom lip like a 3 year old, ranting and raving than drove off without completing the work! I offered to pay for the extra time! Terrible attitude!!

Got the job done. But it wasn't done without a few snide remarks and a bunch of under the breathe swearing that came from the older gentleman doing the job. I was relieved once he left and I didn't have to deal with him anymore.
