After having two other businesses look at my car’s A/c, one said it was too hard, the other gave a silly quote. Thankfully I found Mitch who promptly and professionally looked, quoted, and fixed in quick time. Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, I would say, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Have used for Nilrust chemical rustproofing protection for my last and present 4WD. No issues from first spray 14 years ago + a top up reapply after 7 years and I actually use my vehicles for off road and beach driving regularly. Went back to get new vehicle done recently & they use same product & have same quality service. Well done - thanks.

This is one for the books.I made an appointment to check the aircon and advised a price for regas or No charge if everything is OK.1/2hr later from dropping the car I got a call, everything was fine except my settings were incorrect on my dash. No charge for their work. Wow!! That rare anytime so I bought them morning tea, to say thank you.

Integrity and honesty are the pillars of Supercool Auto Leader Southport. I thought my air con was faulty but it turned out I had unknowingly knocked the control switch off.The Supercool technicians soon located my mistake and fixed it in a flash, at no cost to me. I’m sure that unscrupulous businesses would have charged me for work they didn’t perform.Wishing all good karma to the team at Supercool Auto Leaders Southport, especially Peter.

Supercool put under body rust protection on my car. They did an ok job with the application of it, however there was a lot of over spray on my paint and belts that they didn't even try to clean up. I had to spend a fair bit of time cleaning it all off. Overall unhappy with the end product and would recommend not going here for any rust protection on your car.

Mitch and his crew fixed the air con on my elderly mothers Mazda 3 hatchback. I went in with an issue that was diagnosed by another mechanic - and they were totally wrong. What was quoted by the other mechanic was near on $2k. Mitch and his team got the job done quickly and accurately for 1/5th of the price. If you have a mechanical issue and you don’t call Mitch and his team for a chat, you might as well throw your money out the window. They are straight up and honest and talk you through what needs doing. Thanks for a great job. WILL definitely be seeing you again next time for mine, mums and my sisters cars. Regards, Jason
