I have never seen a group of more incompetent an rude people. No signage up or traffic direction at all. When I asked a staff member which way to get back to the main road i was told to go the way i came.

Experienced TC’s do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. Did my induction where the entire group was told you would be paid based on experience. There is a trainee rate just under $27 an hour and then your standard rates. I have worked over 1500 hours in traffic and was paid the trainee rate. When I raised this, an extremely rude girl in the office said this was explained at the induction and you need to do 360 hours as a trainee, before you increase to the standard rate! Avoid if you are looking for an honest place to work.

Absolute pack of jokers, closed the road leading into a roundabout and had no detours. Traffic controllers just stood behind their signs and shrugged their shoulders. You got a job to do, do it!
