Just purchased a new Hoover as we loaded it in the car we noticed it was minus an attachment scooted straight back in and was given the missing piece no questions asked. We have always shopped at Godfreys as their service has always been 1st class,(and they're not pushy),the same applied this time around.Thanks guys!!!

Will absolutely never go back. Ordered 2 vacs and was told i would have them in a week. Week went by and they told me another week. Tried to call..... no answer. Waited another week and tried to call. Still no answer so i went down and demanded my money back. Waste of time. If i wanted to wait weeks for a vacuum id order off ebay.

Absolutley appalling service paid for a product promised a week delivery it didnt show up so promised another week it still didnt show up and not answering calls I'm going down to get money back. Would never shop here again or recommend to anyone.

Ordered a filter for our Vax. Got told it was a special order and would take about a week. 2 weeks later I went in and it still hasn’t arrived. Another 2 weeks and I can’t get hold of them via phone. Never using these guys again and would NOT recommend. Will be going in today to cancel order and buy off eBay. Will probably get here a lot quicker.

Amazing customer service definitely recommend this store the workers make you feel welcome especially the two blokes Danny and Brent very helpful and always down to help customers out. Very happy with the vacuum they helped recommend and it works great.
