From the time we walked in last week to have a look, to driving out yesterday with our new Peugeot 208 GTI, Ben and Jody have been outstanding. It's nice to deal with upfront people who genuinely love cars and what they do. (No stereotypical sales people here). Very supportive and removed the effort to make it enjoyable and easy for us. We are extremely happy with the car, but also knowing we got a great deal and will have the after care support should we need it. Thanks Ben, Jody and team!

Nothing good to say. They ripped out my Dash cam during service. Put dirt on my driver's side mat. This has got me thinking about if they even did the service they stated. Had the Kia for less than a year and they have sold me on never buying a Kia again.

Recently bought a brand new Kia from Sebastian. His service and knowledge was impeccable. He put up with my absolute impatience and excitement and stayed in touch with me the whole time before collection. He walked me through all the cars features before I left, and all in all it was a wonderful experience! Thanks so much again!!

I had the pleasure of buying a KIA Sportage Si Premium through Sam. A genuinely fun experience, with minimal fuss, and a very efficient process. Sam was very helpful and friendly... we had a few laughs during the process! I had my 3 yr old son with me and the staff were very helpful in keeping him entertained while I processed the paperwork with Sam. I get the feeling that this dealership prides itself on its service. We had been to other Kia dealerships and had been shopping around for some time, Carl was lovely and HONEST and got us an amazing deal. He was very patient with us while we tried to work out our best finance options, giving us great advice. I have been a customer of City Automobiles for about 20 years, and for the last 9 years have been driving a beautiful CLK500 that John & his team sold me. Late last year, I decided to upgrade, and discussed my requirements with John & Carl. They said to leave it with them, and they would find the right car for me.I picked up my beautiful E500 Coupe yesterday, and to say I am delighted is an understatement. They have done a magnificent job for me and I could not be happier. The car is superb and everything I could have hoped for, but the manner in which they went about the whole transaction, from negotiating purchase price to agreeing on a trade in deal, and in preparing the car for delivery was absolutely first rate. I cannot speak highly enough of John, Carl, Mitch & Julie, who arranged for the special body treatment that is fantastic. They all treat you like family, and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Why would you go anywhere else?
