We got married yesterday and wanted some resin to preserve our flowers. Unfortunately we can’t wear masks due to health conditions. We walked to the front counter staying 1.5m distance and we apologised as we can’t wear masks. She then butted in, put her hand up and told us to move away and out of the store. Didn’t even ask us if we were fully vaccinated. Very bad service. Absolutely rude!

Staff are friendly and fun.Knowledgeable and helpful.And their range, while very niche, is brilliant for their expertise.The front door is a little heavy to push. But well worth the effort.

I visited here last week on a trip up to brisbane and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and they had a great range on Suclpey Premo and Souffle.I miss the location in Sydney so it was great to see things were still thriving in Brissie!

You guys are amazing!!!! Have shopped with you for years but you really helped me out in a bind this time. Ran out of resin on the Thursday before Christmas and needed to finish making stock for Woodford Folk Festival on boxing day. Rang and placed an order and you got it on a courier same day and it came next morning! It's a Christmas miracle.

it is time to spend some time to write a review. Sometimes I feel like the store is a second home, but that comes from the genuine welcome and interest in our projects/work.Kym (who I have been dealing with for many years) is a gem who always seems to have the answers and on the rare occasions that she doesn't, she will find out and get back to you. The rest of the team there are also gems.While you may be able to get product from elsewhere at a slightly better price, you will not come close to the product knowledge that we have in the Brisbane team, right on our door step!

I have zero experience with casting a Mold. Barbara was looking after me and explained everything, even twice and three times. Sold me all I needed at a good price, I needed to get some tips as I was doing the cast, gave Barnes a call and Barbara was more than willing to talk me through the steps again. Really knowledgeable staff, will definitely use again and would definitely recommend to anyone!

As a regular in store client the customer service I receive from the team is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. The comprehensive advice provided has ensured that my resin skills and final pieces have gone to the next level. Big shout out to Barb and Kurt for being knowledgeable in their advice and providing outstanding and friendly customer service. I am so proud to be part of the Barnes family and I will not go anywhere else for my resin supplies.

Started off well but I needed to return a product for not being as advertised they made it extremely difficult. It should not take three separate trips to the store from me and getting a lecture about products I've used for over fifteen years.The manager is happy to talk to you to make a sale but customer support is what is needed. I had been going there over a year and was very disappointed in their refusal to accept that the product didn't work for me. All I was asking was to swap the unopened product for store credit, really not much to ask ☹️☹️☹️

Thank you to the ladies working here who walked me through my first time making a silicone food grade mould for my baking project. My chocolate statue worked out beautifully, thanks to the excellent products. Will be back!

Barnes probably has the biggest range of casting materials. Barbra was super friendly, super helpful in assisting us with what to use for our “once in a lifetime” project.
