I went to this business for a wheel alignment, and the lady took my details and I gave them my keys. The lady who was going to prepare my car for the alignment runs into a male worker who usually sits at the front seat reception area, I noticed they started to chat together and pointing at my tire. So I walked up. And the guy told me we can't do your wheel alignment because you have a Buble in your tire. Mind you it's two very small bubbles which does not effect the tire and I've had my car wheel aligned there before with the exact same tire.Now what annoyed me about this worker, is he was been very rude in the way he delivered his message. So told him why you been rude for. He said what? I said why you been rude and things just got escalated he said to me get out of here. That just nade me even more mad.Your business your loss.Somewhere else did my wheel alignment and they advised the state of the tire does not effect the wheel alignment.Money making scam.Goodluck to you, scam artist!

Recently visited for a puncture repair and have visited previously for 4 new tyres. Great shop, team are efficient and friendly - took care of the patch job straight away and even moved my car out of the rain to make it easier for me to leave (terrible weather on the day). Highly recommended for all your tyre and wheel needs.

The worst service ever. They replaced my tyres and the guy didn’t put the wheel nut properly(starting the nut with the rattle gun) so, when I came back to replace another pair of tyres they have to cut the wheel stud. The only answer from the workshop supervisor was “it is not our responsibility” even when they did the last job. Check everything after these guys touch your car, they are rushing and they don’t do the job properly!!! Unprofessional people Even the air pressure was wrong and the alignment was not done properly ending up taking my car to different place

arrived at this place and after speaking with a worker regarding a nail in the tyre i was ignored and waited for an hour for someone to come and let me know if they could fix it. the shop was not over busy and there was lots of workers walking around doing nothing. honestly a huge waste of my time. customer service needs to be improved. i was very underwhelmed by this environment. would not recommend if you are on a time schedule because you could be waiting for days to be attended to.

One of the worst service.The girl at customer service don’t know how to speak and thinks like she is the manager.And the mechanics don’t know how to change the tyre.I changed my 2 front wheel tyre there and both lasted at 5000km only.I need to change the tyre before servicing.When I checked the tyre left side was completely worn on 5000km. When I checked to regular mechanic he said the bolt was not tightened properly. Seriously I don’t recommend going there its not worth it. I had 1 tyre for 140$ and my mechanic fitted same new tyre for 110$. Worst customer service and worst mechanic.

Excellent service especially the guys in the shop. Really friendly and help you with right choice. I ended up getting run flat tyres which were cheaper than any other place... the Reception though needs some shaking up... The lady was really slow and almost in a daze... Just took her ages to answer phone and even longer to answer queries

Poor service and unprofessional. I went to replace 2 tyres , they promised to have it done within 1.5 hrs. After waiting for 2 hours I asked about the status of my job, and they replied you need to wait at lease for another 1.5 hours!!! That will be total 3.5-4 hours to replace 2 tyres! What a professional service !I asked them to cancel the job and to get my car out and they took 20 minutes to give me the keys!!!I tried them before and every time it gets worse than the previous one, but this time is for sure the last time enter Thier shop/workshop.To management team:1- you need to educate your representatives how important it is to set the right expectations.2- your team shouldn’t overbook themselves and give false promises of finishing time.3- your team can’t assume that the customer ok to wait more than what you promised, you need to update the customer when there is a delay not to wait for the customer to ask.Anyway, good luck.

Drove down from Newcastle. Needed a punctured tired replaced, and general tire balance/rotation.My BMW has sporty run flat 275/30/20 tires, and limited options of brands and steep prices up here in Newcastle. The service was friendly and promptly done whilst I waited. New tire fitted was dated to within 6 months old and hence very recent and fresh. Very happy.
