I booked him to change a outlet hose on my dishwasher. He arrived and did the job including unblocking the dishwasher which had by coincidence had blocked that very morning. About 30 minutes after he left half of my house wiring went blew. A friend who is a builder looked at it and said the wires must have come out when he pulled it out. I rang him and he came back the next day to see what had happened. But after having a look he denied all culpability and saying it was my dishwasher being faulty and I would need a new one. It was an illogical exchange... the dishwasher was working fine before he had fixed" it. To his credit he refunded me the cost of the service (100bucks) but that is almost nothing compared to price of a dishwasher. Such a shame the whole thing."
