Amazing service. Polite. Works around my crazy schedule.( after hours too). Open to discus options and cheaper alternative. Helped me to understand the problem, and the process involved in my leaking shower. Reply to txt immediately and always answered calls. Easy to talk too. Also supplied drop sheets as my house is all carpet!! Cleaned as he went and left my bathroom wiped down and easy accessable for toilet and cupboard use. Even offered to Vaccum.
