Its a shame this practice is unreliable.Booked appointment for my daughter to see Eve. Waited 3 months to be seen. Then had the appointment cancelled. Would then have to wait another long period of time to see her again. Looking elsewhere.

The client service was just awful at this psychologist. Luckily I don’t have any life threatening issues but I’d hate to think how someone who was fragile would cope with the administration. I had a session and was unaware I had to pay on the day. I had prebooked sessions in advance and they sent me an email saying my sessions were cancelled until payment. This was two days after my appointment. I was very upset as it’s hard to get appointments. Bad attitude as fas as I’m concerned. And thank hope they don’t do this to someone who is really struggling.

I have been having appointments with Nekiyah for over a year now and I cannot express how grateful I am to her. She is such a great listener and so understanding and supportive. She is helping me through the worst time of my life and after each session I feel such relief that I can speak openly with her. She's not at all judgmental and she has such an amazing calming influence on me. I also love that my appointments are via zoom. I feel far more comfortable speaking in my own home than at a clinic.
