I’ve been in here a few times for watch repairs and they’re always lightning quick!Large selection of bands and watches to suit all styles.The lady who works here seems to always be here so I’m not sure if she’s the owner or not but she remembers a face so if you come in more than once she will remember you!

Have bought a few watches here over the years. The prices are excellent considering you know you’re getting real brands and servicing.

ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I had a chat to the storekeeper and the watchmaker here. They seem quite expensive and the storekeeper is VERY rude. Do yourself a favour and don't visit this store!!

AMAZING! I came in just before closing time on Sunday the 12th of March with a silver Tommy Hilfiger watch where the glass had popped out of the casing. I kindly asked the lady about how I can get it fixed and when I should come back, however, she was so kind to offer to do it for me over closing time right then and there at NO COST! She was kind and assuring me. She handed me notes to take home about how watches glass protectants pop off if the issue ever happened again. Overall fantastic customer service! I will be returning soon to get a new watch in return of supporting a fantastic local business! Thank you!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude staff and over charging. Wanted to charge $80 for a battery to be replaced where another store only charged $30. Honestly very disappointed since I bought a couple watches from here a few years ago and had a great experience.

they’re good at changing watch batteries, that’s about it. anything complicated or mechanical they’ll just f it up.broke my watch movement while doing a simple task of replacing crystal and blamed it on the poor quality of it, then left scratches of the hands while attempting to fix it.said ”sorry nothing i can do” and that’s about it.10/10 skills

Neat little shop. Very well presented. If your someone who appreciates watches its worth checking out alone. The selection they have is crazy. A lot of brands. I first met the watch maker.Needed to get a new movement and was straight up about price. Had a good chat about watches. The man is a wealth of knowledge and is happy to talk to. Then meet the owner when I picked it up,she was lovely. Soughted me out a new band and sized it quick as.Good to chat to as well. She was happy to answer all my questions and give me a tour of what felt like every insane and limited edition g shocks out there. Again if you appreciate watches and the craftsman ship you will not be disappointed.Definitely check this place out.

I recently purchased a Seiko QHE114Y clock from High Time Watch Specialists at Macquarie Centre. This quartz battery powered clock looks cool, it has a silent sweep second hand and timer function which is quite useful. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and they have a great selection of watches and clocks. Highly recommended.
