Clear Island Waters Medical Precinct - Bulk Billing

Came across this lovely practice after being very dissatisfied with my then current doctor. Dr Max Po is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He sat facing me and I could tell he was listening. He takes initiative and nothing is too hard. In the very few visits I've had, he's just about fixed my issues because he listens. Reception and nurses are also very kind and compassionate. I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.

We will never go to see doctor Alex Chiu again anymore.Very rude, impatient and unprofessional. He has no interest in helping patient, I can't believe he is a doctor!Not once happened to me, but every time happens to my family members.Never recommended.No more doctor Alex Chiu

Dr. Jason Lo Tam, is meticulous with his diagnosis, and will try everything possible for his patients! Not just another number to him, and great doctor, who always cares! Make sure you tell him exactly how you feel, and where you feel the pain! If you don’t show him exactly, he can’t help you! Rightly so for most doctors! His team at the medical Precint are fantastic young professionals too!

I have been with this practice about 2 years and have found Dr Jason extremely thorough and caring and I never feel rushed. I am confident that my concerns and well being are foremost every time I visit.

2 mins only with Dr Omenka Okafor, he didn’t even ask and check what my symptoms. But he told me I need Amoxicillin!NEVER NEVER book with Dr Omenka Okafor.

Dr Jason Lo Tam has been my general practitioner for more than 10 years . He has been extremely thorough and informative, always explains treatments , medications and results meticulously.Dr Jason has always put my mind at ease with his caring nature and professional knowledge.I feel welcomed and cared for the moment I’m greeted by the friendly reception staff. Highly recommend this practice .

What a great practice. My husband tripped at the park, I called the practice apparently they were very busy but agreed to see my husband immediately and he was quickly attended by Dr Jason Lo Tam, the nurse Angeline and a medical student. He received a thorough examination, treatment of the wound, and tenanus vaccine to prevent infection, followed by an x-ray to check the rib. We can't say enough how grateful we are.

Dr Jason Lo Tam did not care the slightest for my well-being, not a caring or kind doctor. Also can't forget the rude and abrupt nature of the receptionist. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Hi highly recommend Dr jason from clear island waters health precinct.He has been my treating doctor of 8 years now, I have been to many different doctors in the past before finally finding a doctor that I can trust and is willing to go above and beyond in helping me not only with my health but how my health effects my privet life.The help and advice I have received from doctors Jason over the years has made a massive positive impact to my life and he will continue to be my life long practitioner.Kind regardsThomas Cooper

I am overly disappointed in the service I have just received.Thank you for the receptionists who made my visit welcoming (amazing ladies) unfortunately, it all went downhill when seeing Dr Chiu after waiting 45 min after being told I could come in earlier.The words he used were “it does seem as if you have many problems and I’m not going to take on new patients” - I wish I was told that at first because I am new to the country and am trying to find a kind doctor who cares for their patients. He was happy to give a referral to a specialist however with Ill and poor manner.I had read a few disappointing reviews and chose to believe in the ONE good one that I read in between. However, I wish I could rate Dr Alex Chiu’s bedside manner below 1 start. I walked out and said don’t worry I’ll ask another dr, his response: “oh you have another doctor?” Those were the last words he will ever say to me.I find it so sad as I used to see Dr Jason Lo Tam who is the complete opposite with a great welcoming aura to his patients.Unfortunately having a dr like Dr Alex Chiu has definitely chased me away from the medical precinct in total.
