Marged Goode Psychology

I can only echo the concerns of Les below. The only information and contact from this company is for invoices, which leaves a rotten feeling in the client. No clear information on the process at the outset - e.g. number of sessions, timeframes. No response to liaison requests with other professionals involved in child's care (even when directly contacted by those professionals). Concerns raised by parents are never addressed directly. Claimed an email bounced and this was only identified after 2 months (!!) of us requesting further information (having not had acknowledgement or reply to any of these requests). Unbelievable to me that a company purporting to specialise in neurodiverse kids (and therefore sometimes also ND parents) would have such a poor approach to communication and planning. A process that should be minimising stress for families just increases it. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and look elsewhere.

This practitioners are professional and provide a great service when you’re in the room with them. They give great homework-esk tasks to work on between sessions and they have a great knowledge of how to tailor their help to you.The only reason why this isn’t higher is because the support surrounding this practitioners is quite poor. I hope they they decide to rectify this in the future.Please make sure you double check booking times before attending.

Terrible response rate. Takes weeks to get anywhere with communication via emails which has been incredibly frustrating. However my psychologist was VERY lovely and professional. I believe the issue lies with reception.

Dr Marged Goode has such a lovely manner, and lots of patience; I just talked and talked as I only just realised I identified as being on the spectrum and it explained my whole miserable life. Marged understood the use of Masking and validated me as an individual. Consulting with Dr Goode has changed my life forever for the better and I can’t wait to continue to consult with her. What can I say, she gets Autism in its many different flavours (spectrum), she is kind, wise and brilliant!

Absolutely appalled by the service received at Goode psychology.What was an extremely stressful time for us was compounded by misinformation that led to wasted paid appointments times with Melissa Wong.Feel utterly let down. To make matters worse, the Manger called up chasing for payment that we did not owe, that's the only thing they care about.

Great psychologists, terrible reception. They have never picked up my call directly. Really disappointing as they deal with people on the spectrum who struggle with executive function and organising their own appointments. Seriously, hire someone new at this point, the reviews are shockingly consistent...

Sincere, Kind, Patient, Knowledgeable & Wise, Highly Experienced and Skillful, Non-judgmental & Understanding. Dr Marged Goode is all of that. Such a beautiful person. I have only respect and love for Marged.My family are her clients and has been so for 4 years now and wished we had started earlier with her as our Clinical Psychologist. She is always as helpful as she possibly can. Deeply grateful. Thanks to Dr Marged.

Finding it incredibly difficult to get any feedback, trying to arrange follow up appointment etc, Paid initial fee which is fine, my son had first consultation and completed everything that was needed, now nothing no feedback no expected wait time, no correspondence when we are desperately waiting so we can better support our son.However I must say they are very prompt at chasing up pre payment, if only they would be as proactive with the service they offer they could better help their clients and maybe be a successful growing business as a side benefit.Disappointing I have to resort to a review to get a response.

Marged and her team of counsellors and psychologist have been absolutely amazing. They have given me great support, are very professional and are a wealth of knowledge and understanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Susan K
