Air Generation Air Conditioning

Peter turned up right on time to give a detailed quote on our new ducted A/C system. We accepted the quote. A technical team visited our house a week before the install to scope the job. On installation day they were here at 6.15 am and removed all the old A/C plant and installed the new system before morning tea.The installation team were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Air Generation.

Big thank you to Dave who came out twice to clean the coils and to replace two off the ducts in my ducted air conditioner,I found Dave to be really polite and professional and will definitely have Air generation come again if needed.Highly Recommend

Peter was fantastic quoting and providing advice. Air Generation were the most competitive in pricing. I initially contacted Air Generation because my neighbour gave them such a great review. With installation the team came when they said they would and were friendly, fast and professional. I would fully recommend this guys for any air conditioning needs.

Neighbours had Air Gen install a/c in their new build. While I don't know about the quality of the install, I can only comment on the professionalism.One of the technicians for whatever reason drove through part of my garden, damaging 2 plants. Within a week, they came back and replaced the 2 plants themselves and took the old damaged plants away. This has helped restore my faith in humanity!So I guess that if Air Gen has the decency to rectify this issue for me, I would assume that they would also take great care in their actual air conditioning installation work.

From quote to installation they did an awesome job. Their communication was fantastic, they were professional, friendly, polite & punctual. The guys who installed the system were amazing. I can’t praise them enough.

Josie and David and the team from Air Generation did an amazing job, from quote through to Installation of our new Daikin AC Units x 2. They took away the old redundant split system we had and were very tidy and thorough. Their professionalism throughout was fantastic, awesome communication throughout and everything looks awesome. I am writing this review after witnessing their work in my house.Like all of us, Air generation had issues with the unit at the early stages, but i was impressed with the way they handled the issueThey visited me at least 7 times at my house before they made a decision to install additional ducting at their own cost.Special thanks to Dave who i have not seen a more humble and polite person in my construction life. he was not ready to give up on my problem after visiting 7 times and finally got it resolvedPeter( the owner) has personally visited my house to fix the issue, special thanks to him..Overall my take is I will not go with anyone else except Air generation for Aircon units in future.Keep up the good work Peter, Dave, Josie and back end team

We had a Daikin split system supplied and installed in our granny flat, and our ducted AC upgraded with a AirTouch system. The entire process from initial consultation with Peter (Owner), from quote through to installation was seamless.Air Generation install manager Luke with his team arrived on time and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were very impressed with Luke’s knowledge, expertise and attention to detail as he explained and recommended the best location for the indoor and outdoor units to maximise efficiency, airflow and energy consumption. Luke also advised us on how he would aesthetically locate and conceal the coolant pipe and electrical cable duct from exposure.The team moved furniture and covered the floors putting everything to rights both inside and outside on completion, paying a great deal of care and attention to detail for a neat and professional job.Luke took the time to test both systems, was very patient with answering our many questions, assisted with setting up the AirTouch App and provided an overview on the systems, which was much appreciated.Our entire experience was extremely positive.
