Cobalt Constructions are an excellent company to do business with. We have now built 3 homes with them.The first was in Kilsyth & we were impressed with the way Jarrod kept us informed with the progress. Any problems that came up, Jarrod was on to & formulated solutions for us.The other 2 homes were a dual occupancy in Chirnside Park. He gave us options in increasing the value in the homes within the budget we had. I had the pleasure of building my new home with Jarrod and the team at Cobalt Contructions. I have lived in my new home for a few months now and could not be happier with how it has all gone, from the quality of their workmanship to the customer service provided. We were living in the original home on the property while the build unfolded so we had the luxury of seeing the progress every day and got to know a lot of the trades quite well, who were all great to deal with. There were no suprises along the way, it all went exactly as Jarrod had described and his communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, from the first conversation where I had requested a quote right through to handover. The team at Cobalt Constructions recently finished building our family home. After our original builder went into liquidation forcing a delay we found Cobalt and approached them to see if they could build our home. We have been very impressed with the high quality of the build as it was evident from the start that Jarrod and his team pride themselves on their work, ensuring everything was completed to high standards. After our builder went bust we went through the ardous and lengthy process with the VMIA. As a result we met with a number of builders and were so impressed by Steve and his collegues. Extremely professional, quick responses and a keen eye for detail. While the VMIA appointed a different builder (whom luckily we are also happy with) our experience with Cobalt was a very positive one.

We recently completed a large renovation on our Croydon home with Cobalt and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, quality, cost and the final result. Unfortunately we had to deal with COVID lockdowns and working from home throughout the build but the team from Cobalt worked with us to make sure the entire process from demolition to finishing was as painless as possible and the house has ended up better than we could ever have imagined. I would not hesitate to use Cobalt again for any other project and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for a builder they can trust.

Very professional and personable. Build quality was very good. Construction was quick. Only criticisms were minor which related to timely communication on a couple of variations. We would happily contract Cobalt again.

We used Cobalt Constructions for a reasonably large extension on our home. Jarrod and the team were absolutely awesome to deal with. Their quality of work is second to none and completed the works well ahead of schedule. I couldn't recommend these guys higher.
